You take this course of action if you want to say good bye to any form of social life you may currently possess, to the joys of friendship and trust and togetherness. You do it if you want to feel overriding guilt for the bread you ate 3 days ago. You do it if you wish to feel responsible for every problem you, or anyone else for that matter, may encounter. You do it if you want to see rolls of fat where others insist are protruding bones. You do it to feel indescribable fear everytime a meal comes along, never mind the hunger pains which you can never learn to ignore. You do it to be in a state of semi-conciousness most of the time, unable to think or concentrate on aything other than food. But most of all you do it to commit a slow suicide that hurts you and those you love even more. So there you go...I challenge you to see if you can do it. For some of us there is no helping it. It is a disease not a choice. You see if you could bear all these hardships and then come back to me and see if you can still claim that it is 'attention seeking' and that there is really nothing the matter. I dare you.

This site focuses upon eating disorders. It is not pro-ana, nor is it against anyone that is pro-ana. I recognise both ends of the spectrum yet seem to hover somewhere in the middle, unsure whether I wish to be cured or not. That is my indecision, but it need not be yours. Decide what you want and I hope, for your sake, that it should be to get better and go on to live a healthy and successful life. I can only provide my thoughts, advice and any information that you need to make this journey. No one said it was going to be easy but, if you have the stamina to have an eating disorder then you must have what it takes to beat it as well. Remember that nobody else can complete the task for you. You must be the one to take control. Don't let someone or something live your life for you. It is yours. Seize it with both hands and don't let go. Good luck!

What's New?

THIS ISN'T ALL OF IT. I'M ONLY JUST GETTING STARTED!

Well, as you can obviously see, I have added a new section to my site and swings away from self mutilation but is still, in a way, focusing on forms of self abuse. Eating disorders, especially anorexia, are much more harmful though and therefore I find myself wondering if perhaps I am wondering into dangerous territory. Only your response can tell me that though so please feel free to contact me with your views or sign my guest book.
